Compass Associates supported the search in placing a Regional Director for a residential care provider.
Following a period of internal restructuring, Compass Associates approached the hiring team to support with a Regional Operations Director hire as part of a critical hire for the business. The client knew that we already had a good understanding of their business objectives so therefore explained the requirements needed for this particular role.
As a private residential care provider, the client’s requirements for this role needed the successful candidate to have previous experience within a similar role. They also needed to be a commercial and strategically minded individual that could demonstrate experience of being equally hands on when required. The client also required the individual to be able to make vital internal decisions when needed as well as being adept at being able to build occupancy within the business.
The client agreed to a two-stage interview process and Compass Associates were able to source four candidates to put forward for the first stage. Two of these candidates were taken forward to the second and final stage, with one being offered the role and accepting instantly.
The whole process had a quick turnaround with a two-week completion from taking the brief to the candidate being offered and accepting the role. The client was content with the whole process and therefore led to us exclusively leading on a further five placements with this client.
