Christian is part of the multi-award winning Compass Associates Elderly Care division, where he is responsible for providing talented leaders into primarily Home Management, Regional Management and Operations Director positions within Residential Elderly Care Homes. Christian works across the East & West Midlands, Wales and Southern England geographic locations. Christian joined Compass Associates following a successful career in the banking industry.

Since joining Compass Associates in early 2019, Christian has developed his knowledge of the residential and nursing Elderly Care markets and established himself as a highly accomplished recruiter making a high number of placements across his dedicated territories. He has gained consistently outstanding feedback from both clients and candidates commenting on his insightful, supportive and highly personable nature. Christian was awarded “Best Newcomer” in Compass Associates’ internal peer recognition awards in 2019 and has also been nominated for and won others since.
