Compass Associates were mandated in the search for an Innovation Lead Radiographer for a specialist medical and dental imaging service provider.

This particular placement was assigned to Compass Associates’ Healthcare Division owing to the fact the team had previously successfully placed seven candidates, in various roles from Imaging Assistants to Superintendents, with this client. Given the previous delivered work, the team had a good understanding of the client’s business objectives, culture and requirements. The client trusted us to fulfil the recruitment journey for the Innovation Lead Radiographer role as they knew what service we were able to deliver from our previous recruitment experience.

The client was content with keeping an open mind with this assignment as although they knew what kind of candidate they were looking for, the sector for radiographers is incredibly niche. Therefore, ensuring that the client and successful candidate could work well together was essential. It was more important to ensure that the candidate was more meticulous than the client due to how niche that particular sector is.

Candidate experience is something that is equally important to us here at Compass Associates. When we were sourcing candidates for this particular role, we ensured that we visited the client’s facilities so that we could build a vision of the client and what the role would look like for them. We put forward three candidates with one of them being offered the role by the client as they felt that this particular candidate was what they were looking for.

We are incredibly proud of this partnership as we had no prior communication with the client until our consultants built this partnership, leading to creating a team build for this client.
