Jon has been a core member of the Healthcare division for the last 5 years, specialising in Diagnostic and Imaging vacancies and placing over 50 radiographers himself over the last 12 months. Jon offers a consultative approach to both clients and candidates, sharing his knowledge of the sector to effectively streamline the recruitment process, highlighting potential hurdles and sharing market knowledge to ensure critical vacancies are filled within a timely manner.
His areas of expertise include, senior radiographer assignments (General/CT/MRI), mammography, sonography and management mandates across the South of the UK and London. Jon has led on and completed 2 high volume projects, specifically within radiography.
Jon is regularly on the road, meeting clients and touring the facilities, ensuring he understands his client’s needs and able to perfectly describe services to his candidates. Additionally, Jon takes into consideration his clients core values and specific requirements to ensure both client and candidates are a great match. Additionally, Jon had a 95% interview attendance last year, with 151 interviews booked in the space of 12 months.
Jon is pro-active, consistent, friendly and he strives to build a professional, trusting relationship with both clients and candidates. He is also a winner of Compass’ annual Professional Development Core Value Award.
