Compass Associates are extremely proud to be working in partnership with a private surgical hospital in Nottingham. The hospital covers a wide of surgical specialties including orthopaedics, cosmetics, general surgery and ophthalmology which are the main ones. This state-of-the-art hospital is recognised for their personalised care, delivered at the highest standard, along with their continuous investment into their technology and equipment. At present, they are looking for an experienced and dedicated Theatre Practitioner to join them specialising in recovery
The Role
As Theatre Practitioner you will work flexibly across a to ensure a high standard of clinical care and safety for patients within the theatre unit. This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hour per weeks, which will be worked a mixture of earlies, lates and long days between Monday-Friday. The occasional weekend may be required on rotation in order to meet the needs of the business.

Role Requirements
– Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
– Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
– Excellent communication skills
– Competent in recovery
