The right candidate
We are seeking a passionate individual who has a positive and dynamic approach to providing high standard care. Although renal care experience would be beneficial, it is not necessary due to great dialysis training available as long as you are an experienced Staff Nurse. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously but will be supported by the team and mentor when necessary. Additionally the candidate will enjoy building meaningful patient relationships and enhancing patients' lives.
The responsibilities will include:
– Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients
– Ensuring clinical activities are thoroughly documented
– Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems
– Reviewing pre and post haemodialysis care with patients
– Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team

Shift Patterns
Monday to Saturdays between the times of 6:30am to 11:30pm. Closed Sundays!
