What can you bring?
You will be a motivated and friendly qualified Nurse, registered with the NMC. Ideally, you will have 2+ years nursing experience within a Hospital setting and experience in Surgical wards. You will also need to have leadership experience and be confident taking charge of a ward in the charge nurse's absence.
Shift Patterns:
The Service operates 24 hours. You will work 1.5 weekends a month and approximately 4 night shifts paid at 20% enhancement. Shifts vary between Earlies, Lates, Long Days and nights. You will work 37.5 hours per week over 4 shifts and you must be happy to be flexible.
