The Role:
Are you a registered nurse interested in learning new clinical skills?
Lancashire’s leading private hospital that specialises in elective surgeries for both private and NHS patients is committed to shortening patient’s wait times.
The hospital is looking to hire an RGN into its surgical department. You will care for patients across a range of surgery types including plastics, general, gynaecology, orthopaedics and ENT.
Your caseload will be varied each shift meaning that you will gain exposure to new clinical scenarios quickly enabling you to develop your skill set at an accelerated rate.
You will be joining a small, friendly workforce with low staff turnover where collaborative working and knowledge sharing is encouraged.
The Candidate:
The ideal Nurse will have 6 months’ experience hospital or clinic based experience. Where you come from a surgical or medical background, full support and training will be provided.
You will be committed to delivering excellent patient care and will be someone who enjoys building relationships with their patients.
Requirements:
- Active NMC registration
- 6 months hospital based experience
- Interest in surgical nursing
- Desire to upskill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excels in working in a team.
