Do you want to join a small bespoke but ambitious provider who is spearheading a change within young people’s mental health services?
Compass Associates is proud to be working alongside a small bespoke but ambitious Children and Young People Mental Health Rehabilitation provider who is helping revolutionise the sector, working in partnership with schools, day clinics and psychological services.
Together we are looking for a Registered CQC Manager to oversee the programmes and therapy led support provided for children and young people living within a residential home like environment in a short term basis (12 weeks +).
The organisation is at the beginning stages of Care Quality Commission registration and is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead this project. They will be working with the Founders / Directors alongside a therapy team which is equally expanding composed of Psychotherapists, Counsellors and Mental Health Coaches.
We are looking for someone passionate and approachable with understanding of Addictions or Mental Health complexities such as Eating Disorders Depression and Anxiety.
Criteria
– Previous experience of overlooking Addictions or Mental Health whether residential or clinic setting is imperative as a Registered Manager
– Level 5 or equivalent in Leadership and Management
– Previous experience of overseeing CQC regulated services
– It is attractive if you have commissioned and launched a CQC registered service in the past
– Excellent understanding of the regulatory frameworks
– Approachable, putting value on people and ability to inspire are some of the qualities we are looking for the Registered Manager
– Clear DBS
Package
Salary is up to £50k basic for the ideal candidate, depending upon experience + 33 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)
