Managing a team of staff and working in partnership with colleagues and senior management you will ensure the provision of a high-quality service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met. This is an ambitious and forward-thinking organisation who are looking for individuals who are committed to developing and enhancing the service.To be successful in this role, it is essential that you are an experienced Registered Manager within a domiciliary care setting. You will also have a Level 5 in Health and Social Care or be working towards this, and you must have a driver’s licence with access to a car.In return you will receive:
