Introduction:
Compass Associates are proud to be working with a growing provider of Nursing Complex Care for Adults and children with complex physical disabilities and life limiting conditions, with a remit to recruit for a new Registered Manager to oversee an Nursing and Community care service for users located within the London area.

Overview:
This is a well-run and growing service, and the Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing and motivating the staff team to deliver the highest quality of care. The Registered Manager will have the full lead of the provision and report directly to the Director of Homecare. As the Registered Manager you must have the capabilities and confidence to provide a high level of care to adults and children with severe complexities. You will be tasked with translating the group strategy into local operations and developing relationships with stakeholder's and local authorities.   • You will be responsible for the operational performance of the service and accountable for its 24-hour management.
  • You will be responsible for ensure that the service complies with CQC requirements and associated regulations
  • You will ensure the allocation of employees to deliver services to services users as defined by their package request, baseline assessment of need and support plan.
  • You will ensure assessments of new referrals including preparing assessments, care and support plans and the submission of written reports are completed as required
  • You will manage, monitor, and maintain budgets
  • You will be responsible for actively marketing the Service and promote a positive professional profile
  • Working in partnership with colleagues and external professionals to ensure the provision of high-quality services

Summary:
The Branch Manager will play a crucial role in the day-to-day running of this supported living service. This Branch Manager will work alongside the Senior Management Team and have hold full accountability for the leadership and performance of this specialist Domiciliary care service that supports those with; Mental Health a, Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs. As the Branch Manager, you will be required to focus on providing/maintaining the highest of quality standards in line with CQC.

Interview Process:
2 Stage Interview process, First MS Teams with Director of Homecare, 2nd in-person on-site, with the CEO and select others.
