Previous Home Management experience
Ability to travel the remit of homes

Compass Associates are proud to be partnered with an established, family-owned provider who strive to provide a high quality of care in each of their homes. They are seeking an accomplished leader to join the team as a Regional Support Manager, who will report direct into the Regional Manager, and support a small group of homes.

The homes provide a mixture of nursing, residential and dementia care for elderly residents. In this role, the Regional Support will be on hand to guide Home Managers in the daily running of the home; focus areas, action plans and look to elevate areas already performing well.

It is vital to have a nursing qualification for this role, along with previous experience as a Home Manager or troubleshooter within elderly care homes. The successful manager will ensure all audits are completed, documentation is up to date and help prepare for inspections.

The role is commutable from: Bradford, Huddersfield, Halifax, Rochdale, Bolton, Stockport, Todmorden, Littleborough, Ramsbottom, Bacup, Ripponden, Radcliffe, Rawtenstall and Hebden Bridge.

To be considered for the role, you’ll be clinically sound with a background in managing elderly care homes. You’ll have a solid understanding of CQC compliance, a business acumen, and a person-centered approach to care to ensure resident experience meets the highest of standards.
