Up to £36,000 per annum plus excellent benefits such as 35 days holiday, annual pay reviews and much more.

The Client
Compass Associates are delighted to be working in partnership with a fantastic group of private surgical clinics based in the West Yorkshire area. This organisation has clinics spread across Leeds and the West Yorkshire, providing a wide array of NHS and private based services. This includes a variety of minor surgical procedures, diagnostic imaging and GP services. They have built a great reputation across the region – building strong relationships with trusts and CCGs.
Due to growth, they now have a requirement for an experienced Nurse to join them on their outpatient department on a full time permanent basis working alongside their Lead Nurses.
The Candidate / Role
As on Outpatient Nurse, you will be responsible for supporting the Lead Nurse in providing safe and effective care to patients. You will support all services within the organisation including ENT, endoscopy, ophthalmology, tongue tie ad phlebotomy and any other new services which may be introduced in the future. You will deliver nurse led clinics to undertake assessments, care planning and clinical management plans for those patients who meet the referral criteria.
You will be based across two clinics, both of which are based in the Leeds area.
Requirements
RGN Qualified with an active NMC PIN number
Previous experience working in a clinic / setting
Comfortable with assessing patients and managing care plans
