Salary – £70,000 + Bonus

Overview:
Our client is a reputable dental group with the sole aim of providing high quality, affordable dental care for all residents in the UK. You will be joining a passionate team and be instrumental in their exciting growth plans, as they complete further acquisitions and continue on their mission to be the leading dentistry provider.
Responsibilities:
- Review and create operational improvement plans with a strategic focus on business development and top-line income generation across practices.
- Review and develop a cohesive external presence and marketing strategies for the business on a nationwide and regional basis.
- Develop a consistent recruitment, retention and development program for existing staff and new practice acquisitions.
- Review existing staffing levels across practice and management teams to with a view to creating career development plans, performance management reviews, appraisals and reward based incentives as appropriate.
- Work with the existing management team to comprehensively review purchasing strategy and improve negotiating positions with new and existing supply chains
- Drive a consistent tendering process when new contract opportunities arise.
- Analyse data to complete well informed commercial decisions
Requirements:
- Experience working within a consumer healthcare setting, ideally dentistry
- Multi-site management experience
- Entrepreneurial marketing and business development skills
- Understanding of the full process when completing new site acquisitions
- A passion for company growth and a can-do attitude which advocates and champions change
