Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a specialist private hospital in Bolton who cover a range of surgical specialties including orthopaedics, cosmetics, urology, gynaecology and much more.
They are currently looking for a Lead Scrub practitioner, ideally with experience working in Orthopaedics to join on a full time permanent basis to lead and manage a team, coordinating staff training needs and resource requirements within the peri-operative function.

Job Requirements:
– RGN or ODP Qualified
– NMC or HCPC registration
– NHS or Private Experience – both considered
– Experience working in theatres or transferable area
– Minimum 3-year experience in coordination, ordering, first assistant, mentor, overview of leading others

This role is based in Bolton and is commutable from Greater Manchester and surrounding areas and the hospital offers free parking!
