This leading Private Aesthetic Clinic are in search for an Level 4 or 5 NVQ qualified Aesthetic Therapist with a focus on laser skin treatments. The clinic offers a wide variety of the latest and most advanced skin care technology, alongside non-surgical cosmetic treatments and advanced beauty treatments. Their goal is to ensure every client falls in love with their skin! They strive on offering the best possible standard of service and are looking for a hardworking, passionate professional to join their established team. The client invest heavily into their staff and offer extensive training on all the machines at the clinic.

What will you be doing?

You will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience treating skin concerns with laser for this role. However, you will be offered a comprehensive training program, including shadowing and training on all the machines (certification provided on all equipment). Once confident, you will take ownership on your own caseload, turning consultations into clients and be trusted to put your own signature / style on your treatment sessions!
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, worked across four long days including every other weekend.

Requirements:

  • A passion for skincare and aesthetics with good working knowledge of the beauty/ aesthetic industry
  • NVQ Level 4 minimum in beauty/ laser
  • 2 years experience with Laser Skin Treatments
  • Experience in lasers (E.G Fotona, Yellow laser, AdvaTX, Candela, M22 Lumenis, Norseld Alexandrite), radio frequency, ultrasound (HIFU/Lynton), micro-needling and advanced skin treatments
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confidence to recommend products and treatments effectively
