Overview

Compass Associates is proud to be exclusively partnering alongside a growing provider for nurse and therapy led Complex Care and Mental Health Care in the home. The organisation has developed steadily since inception with a focus on Mental Health, Complex Care and Learning Disability in the community. Together, we are looking for a Head of Complex Care (Clinical) to be a key part of their senior leadership for the organisation.

Reporting to the Group Managing Director and working closely with the Head of People and Head of Operations, you will be instrumental in overlooking and providing clinical and operational supervision for geographically spready Community Team Leaders, Nurses and other members of the MDT (all based remotely also).

As part of the senior management team, you will ensure the organisation is fully compliant with all the policies, procedures and regulations. Furthermore, you will liaise with Local Commissioners and NHS Trusts, you will ensure the highest quality of care provided for the company’s caseload with a view to expand on more clients in the future.

We are ideally looking for someone who has deep-rooted experience overlooking Complex Care caseloads whether in a community setting. The ideal Senior Manager will be hands on when needed, setting standards of hard work with other employees in the business. Alongside this be a good decision maker, strategic and driven to manage a growing project.

Location

The role is remote with occasional travel across a region but majority of the tenure needs to be leading a team from home, someone who is comfortable and effective working from home

Requirements

– NMC (RGN qualified) or HCPC (OT) registered

– Experience working within Complex Care at Home / Community / Continuining Care Services

– Extensive understanding of Care Quality Commission standards and Governance

– Data driven, comfortable in analysing service outcome information and problem-solving

– Passionate in promoting independence for those needing complex care from mental health conditions

– Hands on and not afraid to be ‘out there in the field’

– Clear DBS

Interview Process

2 stages, one initial MS Teams interview with the Head of Operations followed by a formal stage (via Teams) interview with a 15 min presentation with the Managing Director

Salary and Benefits

The salary on the position is £60,000 per annum depending on experience, additional company benefits includes 25 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays
