Overview

Compass Associates are delighted to be supporting and searching on behalf of a respected and established mental health provider in search for a new Executive Director.

We are looking for someone who has experience within a large facility and has experience within the SUD/Mental Health field.

As the Executive Director you will need to be able to provide excellent strategic leadership and operational oversight of the facility. You will also lead on financial management and support in the growth of the facility and the organization’s values.

The Executive Director will also need to ensure that exceptional high-quality care is being delivered within the programs with compassionate care.

Criteria

  • You must have a proven background in managing a large facility within behavioral/mental health.
  • Be able to provide exceptional management and leadership skills.
  • Be able to encourage, train and develop your multidisciplinary team.
  • Have experience in managing a budget.
  • You must be confident in delivering day to day operations.
  • It is essential you have a Masters in a behavioral/mental health field.
  • It is essential that you are licensed in FL or if relocating be prepared to apply for a license.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years experience within a managerial position within behavioral/mental health.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is between $100,000 to $135,000, depending upon experience.

You will also be entitled to the organization’s benefits such as:

401(k), medical, dental and vision insurance, AD&D, short and long term disability insurance, paid time off, additional training and more.
