Job Title: Eating Disorder Dietitian – Part-Time – Private Mental Health
Salary: £40,392 to £55,056 DOE (Pro-Rata) + Fantastic Company Benefits
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (3 Days)

Overview:
Compass Associates are collaborating with a leading private mental health hospital in Central London to find a passionate inpatient Dietitian. This private mental health hospital boasts over 30 years of specialised experience, and are committed to delivering high-quality care in outpatient, day patient, and inpatient settings. Together we are seeking an experienced individual to join the multi disciplinary team at their Eating Disorder inpatient unit.
You will be provide specialised nutritional assessment and intervention for individuals with eating disorders, primarily Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa. Conduct individual and group sessions focusing on nutrition, meal planning, and social activities. Collaborate with the multi disciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans. Manage own diary and case load, reporting directly to the EDU Lead. The team prides itself on collaboration and specialisation. You'll join a close-knit group of professionals dedicated to providing the highest level of care.
Experience Required:
– Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics
– UK HCPC Registered as a Dietitian
– Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience, ideally within eating disorder treatment.
– Experience with outpatient care, with an interest in inpatient treatment.
– Familiarity with therapeutic models such as MANTRA, CBT, and DBT is advantageous.
Working Hours:
Three days per week, including Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 5pm, with the third day being either Monday or Tuesday.
Interview Process:
1 or 2 stage interview process, with the EDU Lead, a Service User, and Consultant. Face-to-face interviews are preferred, but MS Teams interviews can also be arranged.
