Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum
Bonus: £5000 for every 500 hours added to the service

I am proud to be working with an established Home Care provider who have been successfully enabling their customers to remain at home since the 80's. The provider has an excellent reptation with various stakeholders providing care to older and younger adults across the UK. Due to recent movements within the business, the company are now looking for a new Registered Manager for their Lincoln branch. This is an exciting opportunity for a new manager to put Their stamp on an established branch and continue to grow it to run at nearly 6000 hours per week as well as aiming to move the service from 'Good' to 'Outstanding' in line with CQC requirements.

The successful candidate will feel as though they own their own care business, but with the backing and support of a reputable brand. Luckily, the branch is fully staffed with a team who are onboard to assist the next manager and ideally, this particular branch needs a proactive individual who's goal it will be to maintain relationships with stakeholders, whilst striving for growth.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will be from a complex care background who understands the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships. They will be someone who has the breadth and depth to develop and maintain successful relationships within the local community, NHS and ICB. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen and a proven track record of enhancing business growth. They will be innovative, motivated, and will have a strong business acumen, striving for business growth, whilst maintaining the companies vision and values for person-centered care.

Requirements

  • Background and knowledge in Home Care
  • Dedicated and passionate about person-centered care
  • Positive, pro-active winning mindset to be hands on and get on with the role autonomously
  • Level 5 in Health and Social Care (ongoing or willing to work towards)
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations
  • Proven track record of successfully managing home care branches
  • UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle

Location
This role is based in Lincoln, with commutable routes from Newark-On-Trent, Grantham, Sleaford, Sutterton, Boston, Woodhall Spa, Horncastle, Grimsby, Brigg, Scunthorpe, Gainsborough, Retford, Worksop and Mansfield.
