Overview
Compass Associates are delighted to be searching on behalf of a respected and established behavioral health provider in search for a Director of Outpatient Services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for either someone who is looking to develop and progress in their career or looking for a new venture.

As the Director of Outpatient Services you will overlook both adolescent and adult IOP for those with a substance use disorder and behavioral health needs.

The Director of Outpatient Services will need to implement APP objectives and expected outcome.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the program's budget and policies.
  • Ensure program goals, personnel, objectives equipment and resources are planned for and implemented.
  • Supervise the maintenance of patient records.
  • Development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • As the Director of Outpatient Services, you will need to ensure you maintain a professional, positive and empathetic attitude towards the patients and their families.
  • Ensure that the patient safety is a and remains a top priority.

Criteria

  • You must have experience within an outpatient or inpatient behavioral health facility.
  • It is essential you have a minimum of 2 year management experience.
  • A Master's degree within a behavioral health field is essential.
  • It is desirable but not essential to be either LMFT, LPC or LCSW.
  • You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and management.
  • Exceptional communication skills is also essential.

Compensation
Salary is between $80,000 – $110,000, depending upon experience.
