This leading private Ophthalmic company has Ophthalmology and Endoscopy Clinics across the UK, providing services for both NHS referred and privately paying patients.
We are looking for an experienced Ophthalmic nurse to lead the Clinical Education across London and Southern England.
The Clinical Training Lead is responsible for delivering educational support to ensure the workforce is fit for the future and promoting the Company as a future employer to all learners, splitting their time clinically, working with students, new starters, and existing staff undertaking a variety of activities identified through job planning.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Registered practitioner with the NMC or HCPC
- Extensive Ophthalmology experience, ideally covering pre and post op, as well as scrub for surgical procedures
- Education / training experience would be preferred but not essential
- Passion for delivering excellent training and development
- Passion for high quality patient safety and care
- Access to a car / public transport links

Location
This opportunity is remote, so will be planned work across Greater London and the surrounding areas.
