Compass Associates is pleased to be collaborating with one of the UK's leading providers of Mental Health and Wellbeing services to headhunt for a Clinical Services Manager for a Mental Health rehabilitation unit. The company behind this rehabilitation unit is committed to delivering a high standard of Service User centred care, with the Service User encouraged and supported to be actively involved in the development and review of their treatment and pathway in accordance with their own abilities.

This exciting opportunity will excite an existing Ward Manager, Charge or Lead Nurse with a strong leadership background who wants to provide meaningful change to service users in their care, as many of them are at a vulnerable stage in their lives with Mental Health diagnoses.
As an experienced Senior clinician, Ward Manager or existing Senior Clinical Manager from the NHS or private sector, you will provide teams with high quality, standard driven clinical management, and leadership; serve as a role model within the service to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Promote collaboration, positive team building and set priorities, goals, and targets for your team.
Location
Borehamwood is easily commutable from London, Slough, Luton and Romford.
Criteria
– RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) preferred; however, candidates with similar backgrounds will be considered
– A minimum of 2 year's management experience
– Relevant experience in a Mental Health rehabilitation setting or similar environment
– Clear DBS
– Ward Manager looking for the next step
– Valid NMC pin
– Passionate about working with Adults with a Mental Health diagnosis
Interview Process
2 stage process will be conducted through MS teams and will consist of meeting with two members of senior management including the Registered Manager of the service who will list a set of questions for the candidate to answer, including leadership skills and examples of what they have done in the past. If successful you will move onto the second stage which will consist of a walk around of the service and a conversation with the service users.
Salary
This position pays up to £63,000 per annum and is dependent on qualifications and experience. There is also an industry-leading benefit package, which includes:
