Job Title: Quality and Audit Lead – New Neuro-Rehab Service
Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 + welcome bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Overview:
Compass Associates is proudly partnering with a leading healthcare provider who are excited to be opening a neurological rehabilitation centre in Chigwell. This state-of-the-art facility will be offering 24-hour nursing and therapy services for adults with complex long-term neurological conditions, specialising in neuro-rehabilitation, tracheostomy, and ventilator care.
Together we are looking for a passionate Clinical Quality and Audit Lead to drive clinical standards and ensure top-notch care delivery.
Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead clinical quality and auditing initiatives. You will play a crucial role in preparing annual quality accounts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and meticulously monitoring performance indicators to implement effective improvement plans. Additionally, you will provide vital support during CQC inspections and contribute to the swift resolution of compliance issues, ensuring commitment to excellence in patient care is upheld at all times.
Essential Requirements:
– Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirement and risk management in healthcare settings
– Have an in depth understanding of CQC, clinical governance and clinical audits
– Active NMC or HCPC registration preferred however this isn't necessary
Working Hours / Shift Pattern:
– Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
– Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm / 8am to 4pm
– Ability to work remotely once a week
