Compass Associates is pleased to be collaborating with a private provider of Mental Health and Wellbeing services to headhunt for a Clinical Lead for a Mental Health step through service. The company behind this rehabilitation unit is committed to delivering a high standard of person centred care, with the adults encouraged and supported to be actively involved in the development and review of their pathway in accordance with their own abilities.

This exciting opportunity will excite an existing Ward Manager, Charge or Lead Nurse with a strong leadership background who wants to provide meaningful change to service users in their care, as many of them are at a vulnerable stage in their lives with Mental Health diagnoses.

As an experienced Senior clinician, Ward Manager or existing Senior Clinical Manager from the NHS or private sector, you will provide teams with high quality, standard driven clinical management, and leadership; serve as a role model within the service to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Promote collaboration, positive team building and set priorities, goals, and targets for your team.

Location

Thornbury is easily commutable from Gloucester, Bath & Weston-super-Mare.

Criteria

– RMN or RGN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) with Mental Health background

– Relevant experience in a Mental Health setting or similar environment

– Clear DBS

– Ward Manager looking for the next step

– Valid NMC pin

– Passionate about working with Adults with a Mental Health diagnosis

Interview Process

1 or 2 stage interview process face to face with a walk around of the service.

Salary

This position pays up to £50,000 per annum and is dependent on qualifications and experience.
