Overview
Compass Associates are proud to be searching on behalf of a respected and established behavioral health specialist in search for a new Clinical Director.
As the Clinical Director you will be providing clinical supervision and be responsible for therapeutic interventions, treatment and discharge planning as well as reviewing all clinical documentation.
The Clinical Director will need to ensure they are also providing positive and effective leadership and is knowledgeable of what the organization providers.
Other responsibilities will include, attending clinical meetings, offering supervision to student placements as well as supervise therapist casework. The Clinical Director will also be building positive internal relationships, review admissions, assess, review and evaluate patients treatment plans, clinical records and patient discharge planning.You will be reporting directly into the Regional Director.
Criteria
- You will need to have 3+ years experience within management and have experience within SUD or mental health.
- It is essential you are LCCA licensed in the state of TX.
- Have a background and Master's within either nursing, psychology, social work or health related field.
- You must be able to provide exceptional management, leadership and clinical skills.
Compensation
Salary is between $80,000 – $110,000, depending upon experience.
