You will be required to focus on providing high-quality care in line with New York state and Medicare regulations, supporting/developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience managing a team within a senior care facility. Along with a nursing qualification for the state of New York. While also showing you have a strong understanding of senior care, local authorities and New York regulations.
The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful unit. The position requires a manager who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered.
Requirements
Senior care management experience (Essential).
New York state nursing qualification (Essential)
Previous experience of clinical operations ,
Experience with private, medicare & medicaid residents
Knowledge on Medicare & New York regulations
Location
The facility is based in Geneva, New York and is commutable from Buffalo, Syracuse, Newark, Lyons, Rochester and surrounding area's.
