What is your role and how long have you worked at Compass?

I am a recruitment consultant and I’ve been here just over a year now!

What markets do you cover?

I cover both Adult and Children’s Social Care and the Specialist Education Market Mid to Senior Management roles.

Advice for job seekers

I would suggest always reaching out to specialist recruiters for the sector you work in, they will be able to provide the best support and advice with their networks.

Current changes you foresee within the sector?

Ofsted have recently brought in new regulations for 16+ Supported Living services which now have to all be regulated under the Ofsted guidelines, this has led to an influx of Children Registered Manager roles within the sector and more opportunities in the future for candidates for progression and development.

Career highlight within Compass

Signing an exclusive partnership deal with a growing provider in the Health and Social Care Market and building a great working relationship.

A bit about you outside of work

I’m very creative and enjoy keeping busy with family and friends I also have a beautiful Old Tyme English Bulldog called Storm who occupies most of my time when I’m not working.
