Published

Congratulations to Lily Bulbeck who has been awarded Employee of the Quarter!

Lily has received this award due to her outstanding work contribution to the Elderly Care team during the final quarter of the 2021/22 financial year. With three consecutive years of recruitment under her belt at Compass, Lily is one of our Elderly Care Division’s Principal Consultants.

The Compass Directors look at the work ethic and achievements of all colleagues throughout each quarter and make a decision on who the Employee of the Quarter Award will be given. The Employee of the Quarter award is not limited to just Compass Associates but to employees from all Compass brands.

Why Lily Bulbeck was awarded Employee of the Quarter for Q4 2021/22

Sam Leighton-Smith, Compass Associates Co-Founder and CRS Group Managing Director commented:

“Lily has not only had an excellent Q4 but her year has been outstanding. She has achieved a phenomenal three consecutive quarters and finished the year with a fantastic achievement by smashing the record for an Elderly Care consultant in the process!

Lily has made a significant number of placements this last year in her niche field of Deputy/Clinical Management. She is very much the epitome of consistency and sets a fantastic example of establishing herself as the best in her field and monetising her desk effectively. Completely smashing her target for the year is a fantastic achievement by anyone’s standards and she should be very proud of her last 12 months!

Congratulations Lily!”
