Congratulations to Jon Mondey who has been awarded Employee of the Quarter!
Jon has received this award due to his outstanding work ethic during the second quarter of the 2021/22 financial year. He is one of Compass Associates’ Senior Consultants in the General Healthcare Division.
The Compass Directors look at the work ethic and achievements of all colleagues throughout each quarter and make a decision on who the Employee of the Quarter Award will be given to.

Jon joined the Portsmouth office in May 2019 after deciding to have a change in career. Jon’s placements primarily cover the Primary Care and Digital Health markets, within the south of the UK, for the General Healthcare Division.
