Compass Associates are delighted to announce that we have won the “Recruiter of the Year” Award at the HealthInvestor Awards 2021, as part of Compass Recruitment Solutions.

The Awards are widely considered to be the leading industry calendar event of the year, which recognises, celebrates and highlights the best talent within the independent health and social care industry.

We are incredibly grateful to have won this award for the third time in the last five years. We are also incredibly proud of our partner brand, Compass Executives, who once again have been a Silver Sponsor of the awards for the fourth year running.

Our Compass brands

Since we last entered these awards, the Compass Recruitment Solutions brands have grown from three to four partner brands, with the addition of our newest brand, Compass Life Sciences. Our brands currently consist of the following offering:

• Compass Associates – responsible for contingency, advertised search, RPO and master vendorship solutions for clinical and non-clinical vacancies, from service manager through to SMT level personnel;
• Compass Executives – experts in C-suite search and selection function, catering for Private Equity, Independent and 3rd Sectors, with the focus solely on executive level positions driving health, social care and education organisations forward
• Compass Corporate Services – established in 2016 in response to clients’ increased demands for a recruitment firm with specific knowledge of central function recruitment in tandem with sector knowledge across HR, Finance and Accounting, and Marketing
• Compass Life Sciences – Differentiated by quality and knowledge, Compass Life Sciences has been born out of the desire to raise the standards of Life Sciences recruitment in the UK and Global markets.

This award comes after much hard work from across the entire business within our offices in London, Portsmouth and Manchester. Our headcount within the business has grown to over 80 employees across all brands since 2010.

After the last 18 months of turbulence caused by the pandemic, it was fantastic to see some of our colleagues were able to attend this event in-person. We would like to also thank everyone who supported us and wish congratulations to all other finalists.
