As the second quarter draws to a close, the Compass Associates’ Directors rewarded employees with an End of Quarter celebration. Q2 saw another set of fantastic record-breaking results from the consultants! After a year of no celebrations last year, it felt only right to celebrate this success.

Both the Manchester and London offices came down to join the Portsmouth Office to celebrate. This is the second time that we have managed to have all our Compass teams together post-Covid.

Let’s go bowling…

The whole team attended Portsmouth’s Hollywood Bowl where the team were able to show off their bowling skills. It was a great way for employees from different Compass brands or offices to get to know each other outside of work and bond.

Awards were given out to the Overall Best Bowler and the Overall Best Team. The Best Bowler Award was given to Associate Director, Luke Osborne, for his spectacular bowling performance. His final score was 145!

An evening to celebrate and enjoy Q2 success

The evening celebrations were held at one of Portsmouth’s craft beer bars where the team was provided with a buffet selection and drinks. The evening was enjoyed by all either by catching up and chatting or dancing the night away.

The event was enjoyed by all regardless of how long they had been at Compass. End of Quarter events, such as this, provide great opportunities for the wider team to get to know each other and create real bonds. This is something that we actively encourage at Compass to ensure that our colleagues enjoy both the culture and their work.
