Stuart has been with the business for over 12 years and is the Head of Compass Associates & Compass Corporate Services brands, he is responsible for both of the brands strategic direction and performance. We have over 70 consultants offering a premium service to our partners and clients across the Health, Care & Education sectors.

Compass Associates is segmented into three core specialist areas:

– Elderly Care (Care Homes; Homecare / Supported Living)
– Specialist Services (Mental Health; Adult Social Care; Children’s Services & Education)
– Healthcare (Private Acute; Primary Care; Community Care; Digital Health; Dental; Veterinary; Optical; Audiology; )

Compass Corporate Services is segmented into four core specialist areas;

– Human Resources;
– Finance & Accounting;
– Sales & Marketing;
– Property & Estates;

Stuart particularly focuses on our partnerships with all clients ensuring they receive a high value service. With a network across the Health, Social Care & Education sectors he is well placed to consult, analyse and develop recruitment & retention strategies for our partners, in addition to ensuring delivery.

The businesses are focussed exclusively on providing tailored, high-quality services for permanent and fixed-term vacancies, with teams divided geographically to ensure granular knowledge to both clients and candidates. Compass Associates provide premium recruitment solutions for the independent, privately owned and not-for-profit Health, Social Care and Specialist Education sectors, operating as part of Compass Recruitment Solutions (CRS).
