As one of the most experienced members of the Healthcare division, Rachel has been praised by both clients and candidates for her outstanding services. With a focus on clinical recruitment in London and surrounding areas, she has supported her valued clients for 5 years and helped fill critical vacancies within the acute healthcare sector.

Her areas of expertise include nursing and theatre staff, with over 250 successful placements in the sector. Rachel is a high volume, quality driven recruiter and the go to within the market for clinical staff. She is active within the market, attending conferences and regularly meeting with clients to ensure her knowledge of the sector is the best that it can be.

Rachel has led on and successfully completed clinical projects including mandates to source a specialist nursing team for the opening of a brand-new London Hospital, ophthalmic nurses for clinics across the South of the UK and digital clinical staff for a start-up project.

She is adaptable to her client’s needs with typical assignments including (but not limited to): theatre staff, surgical nurses, fertility, outpatients, pre-assessment, dermatology, endoscopy, oncology, ophthalmology, and cosmetics. She recruits all levels of nurses and clinical staff.
