Malick is a specialist in Permanent GpHC recruitment within the Healthcare division, specialising in recruiting for both Pharmacists and Pharmacy staff alike within specialist Hospitals and clinics covering both primary and secondary care. Malick also delves into the consumer space, working with Veterinary Clinics & Hospitals in their search for Nursing staff to expand their practice.

Malick is able to approach both active and passive candidates across the clinical health space allowing him a thorough understanding of the current market. With this, he has identified key areas where our clients are able to improve their searches, all while maintaining a knowledgeable and professional approach. Typical work includes:
