Jack is an established member of Compass Associates’ Senior Care division, having joined the business in 2022. Originally joining our
interim projects, Jack thrived supporting fast-paced client requirements, before transitioning to deliver permanent placements for the largest Senior Living provider in the UK. Jack is now part of our US offering based from our US Headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Throughout his tenure, Jack has successfully delivered on numerous projects across all sectors within Senior Care, including North American
investors operating in the UK, delivering Executive Director, Licensed Administrator and Director of Nursing hires before transitioning to
North America full time.

Jack has experience of working closely with both clients and candidates, taking the time to really understand what both parties are looking for.
