Ashley is part of the Elderly Care Division at Compass Associates, where he provides solutions within the Home Care sector. Ashley recruits across Southern England, the Midlands, Home Counties and Wales and his specialisms are Registered Branch Managers, Operations Managers, Business Development Managers and General Manager (Retirement Living).

Having joined Compass Associates in early 2021, having worked in customer service Roles for six years, Ashley has established himself in the elderly care team having recruited for clinical requires for his first two and a half years. Together with his insightful and consultative approach, Ashley brings a tenacious and focused approach and is committed to providing the best outcomes which is key factor in the longstanding relationships he has built so far.
