We have successfully been filling senior posts for over five years and have worked closely with the senior management team prior to being mandated for this particular role. The client was looking for a senior operations candidate with specific multi-site experience within both the private and public healthcare sectors. Due to the requirements of this role, it was a vital requirement of the role to have this kind of experience.
The whole interview process had a quick turnaround and was completed within three weeks. It was conducted over a three-stage interview process. Due to our knowledge and experience of this client’s requirements, Compass Associates managed the interview process timescales, supported throughout the interview stages, as well as supported candidates’ expectations. To manage both client and candidate expectations, we ensured that we maintained good communications throughout the whole process to ensure that we carried out client and candidate expectations.
