Job Title: Supported Living Service Manager
Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time, Mon – Fri
Location: Hastings, East Sussex

Summary:
Compass Associates is pleased to be collaborating with one the country’s leading care providers who are inviting applications from dedicated Supported Living Managers to join their esteemed team, where they will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in supported living environments.
With a history of over 20 years this organisation has upheld the standards set by the CQC, as most of their homes are rated GOOD.
The role will require you to work within a 6-bedroom home with young adults, you’ll be ensuring that the daily operations of the home runs smoothly and maintaining the quality standards set by the company and the government.
You will also be supporting the team & service users in their personal growth and development, making a difference in their lives through your own leadership skills.
Essential Requirements:
- You must have experience working with people with Learning Disabilities or complex behaviours
- Previous experience as a Service Manager with a background in Supported Living or Residential Services.
- Have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care – support and training towards Level 4 and 5 is available.
