£45,000 per annum


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our client’s team and lead one of their Supported Living services in the Sutton area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to their service users, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the home.

Who are we looking for?

– Level 3 (NVQ) Diploma in Health and Social Care or RMA (Registered Manager Award)

– Great knowledge of CQC and their guidelines.

– Previous experience working as a Service Manager in a similar care setting.

– Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the skills to build positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.

– Clear DBS

Shift Pattern

The shift pattern is standard hours of 9:00am – 17:00pm but flexible depending on needs. The role includes being a part of an on-call rota with different levels of staff before reaching the Service Manager.
