Compass Associates are proud to be working with one of the largest providers of support services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health, with a remit to recruit for a new Supported Living Manager to oversee a Supported Living Service based in Surrey.


This is a great opportunity for an experienced and driven Supported Living Manager to oversee the running of the service. The service itself has fantastic transport links, is modern and well kept, has a large garden, plenty of space and nearby facilities to really boost the service users lives.

As the Supported Living Manager, experience in achieving a successful and Good rated inspection is highly desirable.


The role is in a well-situated area of central Surrey, where there are great transport links including being nearby a main line train station. The service is commutable from Farnborough, Frimley, Woking, Wokingham, Bracknell, Reading, Aldershot, Farnham, Guildford, Godalming, Hook, Basingstoke and most of Surrey, Hampshire the South West Corner of London Counties.


  • Excellent knowledge of managing Supported living Services, to a “good” standard
  • Registered Manager, Service Manager or potentially very strong Deputy Manager experience
  • Ideally: Longevity in a role
  • Ability to support, manage and develop staff through different needs
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC
  • Self-motivated, driven and passionate individual
  • Good links with the Local Authority
  • NVQ Level 5 or RMA as a qualification
