Compass Associates are proud to be exclusively working with a Brand-New Private Hospital, located in Birmingham, who are currently in search for an experienced Sterile Services Supervisor to join their team. The Role
The Sterile Services Supervisor with have relevant supervisory/management and SSD experience, as well as being committed to providing a high-quality service to ensure the risk of cross infection is minimised. You will support the Sterile Services Lead in the day to day running of the unit, providing guidance and leadership to the team of SSD Technicians. You will ensure that all medical devices are prepared and fit for purpose before use, undertaking a variety of tasks within the decontamination process.
As this is a brand-new hospital, there is a huge amount of opportunity that comes with this role as the hospital grows and develops, so is the ideal opportunity for someone looking to progress in their career.
This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hours per week, with early and late shifts falling between Monday-Saturday.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Sterile Services
- Experience supervising and managing others
- Dedicated to providing highquality care
- Driving license and access to a car
Salary & Package
