Overview:Compass Associates is proud to be collaborating with a leading healthcare provider offering critical care and rehabilitation services. We are currently seeking aSocial Worker to join a multidisciplinary team at a highly regarded facility in Crawley, West Sussex. This role involves working within a secure setting to support some of the most vulnerable individuals and help them achieve brighter futures.
As a Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in providing assessments, risk management, group facilitation, and advocacy for service users, helping them create viable plans for their future. You will report to the Safeguarding Lead, overseeing internal investigations and coordinating with local authorities during admission and discharge processes.
Location:This role is based in Crawley, West Sussex, at a well-established facility secure mental health rehab service for male patients.
Criteria:
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Social Work degree.
Shift Pattern:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
