Compass Associates has partnered with a modern private hospital based in the heart of Kent’s beautiful countryside to find a Theatre Practitioner to join the theatre team.

With the help of their multi-million-pound redevelopment in 2017 to upgrade their facilities, they have been able to continue to provide excellent care and have a CQC rating of Outstanding. The right candidate
We are seeking a kind and compassionate individual who values putting patients in the centre of everything they do. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Theatre Practitioner in a range of surgical specialties. As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will take the lead in running the theatre lists, train junior staff, and take on other managerial responsibilities when necessary. Additionally, the candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills, and demonstrate integrity and ethics.
