Compass Associates are proud to be working with an award-winning Private Hospital, located in the heart of Central London, who are currently in search for an experienced Senior Scrub Nurse to join their Theatres Department, specialising within Cardiac surgeries. This hospital is renowned for offering a range of cutting-edge treatments across multiple specialities including Cardiac, Oncology, Women’s Health and Neurology, and they are recognised as a cardiac centre of excellence. The Candidate
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cardiac Scrub Nurse to join a leading Private Hospital. The successful candidate will work as part of their highly specialised Theatres team to provide effective, evidence-based and patient focused care. Reporting to the Theatre Manager and Cardiac Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Theatres department, providing expert knowledge and supporting junior staff.
This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hours per week, which has a flexible shift pattern offering either long days or shorter shifts depending on your preference.The Hiring Manager is happy to discuss hours and shift pattern within the interview.

In order to be successful with this opportunity, you will need to be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMC registration or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with HCPC registration.You will also need to have the Right to Work in the UK.
