Are you a RMN and wanting to join a new and exciting partnership between the NHS and Private sector?
Do you want to work in a state of the art facility being built specificity for this service?
If this is you, I would love to speak to you!
Overview:
Compass Associates is pleased to be collaborating with one of the UK’s leading providers of private mental health and wellbeing services. This Private Healthcare company takes a fresh approach to providing excellent treatment to their service users, whether they be NHS beds or privately funded patients. This guarantees that the individual is at the centre of all they do and the care they provide.
We are collaborating to recruit experienced RMN nurse for a new specialized inpatient facility. This unique clinic is a partnership between the private sector and the local NHS trust, Surrey and Borders, aimed at filling a critical gap in services for adults in Surrey and surrounding areas. The facility will feature 12 inpatient beds for individuals aged 18 and older.
As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will be responsible for providing care to adult men aged 18 and older with a forensic background and enduring mental health conditions, including personality disorders, substance misuse issues, and challenging behaviors. Additionally, you will contribute to the support of your colleagues and the cultivation of a positive team environment.
Shift Structure:
As a dedicated RMN nurse, you will be required to work 37.5 hours per week (Full Time) or a minimum of 13 hours per week (Part Time). The provider may give some flexible working; however, this will be done on a case-by-case basis. Typically, your shift structure will be made of 3 weeks of 3’s and 3 weeks of 4’s and will rota between these shift structures.
Interview Process:
As an RMN nurse, you will be requested to participate in a one-stage interview process that will include an interview via MS teams.
This competency-based interview will assess your prior experience working in a Mental Health context as well as your nursing skills.
Requirements
Salary and Benefits:
As an RMN Nurse, you will be eligible for a salary package of up to £37,5000 per year (DOE). Please keep in mind that this salary is experience-based, and you may be offered a slightly lower offer based on your years of experience, which would be between £34,000 and £39,892.
Alongside this you will be provided with an industry leading benefit package that includes the following.
