Compass Associates are working with a leading care provider in their recruitment for an RGN or RMN qualified nurse. The home is a large nursing facility situated in Renfrewshire and they are seeking a caring individual with a keen passion for elderly care to join their team. The successful applicant would preferably have experience in dementia care; however, this isn’t essential.
The Role
Working with the Home Manager you will be part of a professional team delivering the very best in person-centred care. You will be a registered nurse with a passion for elderly care and a commitment to the delivery of exceptional care.
The Candidate
- RGN (active/clear pin).
- Ability prioritise workload.
- Preferably have experience with dementia residents.
- A good communicator and able to work well under pressure.
- A genuine passion for elderly care.
- UK Citizen, (This role is not offering Sponsorship)
Location
This home is situated in Renfrewshireand commutable from South Nitsahill, Priesthill, Cowglen, Darnley and Thornliebank.
Interview Process
This will be a one-stage interview with the Home Manager and a member of the HR team.
