Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a leading provider who specialise in providing high quality support to adults with acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries and associated complex needs, with a remit to recruit for a Registered Service Manager for their adult Residential Service based in Hull.

The Candidate
The Registered Manager will oversee and manage the Residential service for adults with acquired brain injuries. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Registered Manager position within a Residential services for adults with ABI and associated complex needs.
As the Registered Manager you will have overall responsibility of the day-to-day operations of the service, including the leadership and management of the staff team and continuous collaboration with the company's quality team. You will be overseeing the efficient delivery and development of the service whilst working closely alongside the Regional Manager, where together you will ensure the service users receive the best care. You will possess a deep working knowledge of health and social care, particularly in relation to brain/spinal injuries. Moreover, they will also require strong people management and communication skills, as well as sound commercial understanding.

Essential Criteria

  • Level 5 diploma in health and Social Care or equivalent (ESSENTIAL)
  • Previous experience within a management role, ideally with previous CQC registration
  • Experience working in a similar setting
  • Extensive knowledge on CQC guidelines and policies

The role is located in Hull, East Yorkshire and is commutable from Market Weighton, Goole, Beverley, Barton-upon-Humber and York.

Interview Process
The interview process involves an initial informal conversation with the Regional Manager, then a second formal interview with the Regional Manager and another member of the SMT.
