Salary: £40,000 per Annum

Hours: Full Time, Mon – Fri

Location: Wootton, Bedfordshire

Summary:

Compass Associates is pleased to be collaborating with one the country’s leading care providers who are inviting applications from dedicated Registered Service Manager to join their esteemed team, where they will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in supported living environments.

With a history of over 20 years this organisation has upheld the standards set by the CQC, as most of their homes are rated GOOD.

The role will require you to work within a 11-bedroom home with adults, you’ll be ensuring that the daily operations of the home runs smoothly and maintaining the quality standards set by the company and the government.

You will also be supporting the team & service users in their personal growth and development, making a difference in their lives through your own leadership skills.

Essential Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in working with individuals with learning disabilities or complex behavioral needs.
  • They should be an accomplished Service Manager seeking a new challenge, with a solid background in Supported Living or Residential Services.
  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care is required, with opportunities for support and training toward Levels 4 and 5 available.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
  • The candidate should demonstrate confidence, flexibility, and efficiency, with a willingness to work on a shift basis and be available for on-call duties as necessary.
  • Above all, the individual must be committed to delivering person-centred care that ensures equitable opportunities for all individuals served.
