Compass Associates are extremely proud to be working with an award-winning Private Surgical Hospital, located in Harrogate, who offer a range of specialities including orthopaedic, breast, gastroenterology, gynaecology and general surgery. At present, they are looking for a Registered Nurse to join their team of staff in the Wards department.
The Candidate
Our client is happy to consider nurses from all backgrounds as they can offer full training and support. As a Staff Nurse, you will deliver care that promotes patient health, assess, implement and evaluate to deliver centric patient care. You are responsible for safeguarding children and vulnerable adults, creating and keeping excellent clinical records of patient care.
This is a full-time role consisting of 37.5 hours a week across flexible shift patterns.
Role Requirements
– Fully qualified RGN
– NMC registered
– Surgical experience
– Previous experience working within the acute healthcare sector is desirable
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
